I'm curious as to what the best strategies are for identifying potential properties, how to approach the homeowners (letter, door to door, a written offer, etc) and how to write a fair and solid price (I'm thinking full price offer based on comps minus 6% because of no commission but throwing in some cash or creditiing closing costs to the seller to sweeten the deal a little bit.

The Greek are now stuck in generational debt slavery with no option for bankruptcy because European bankers in 2008 didn't want to take the hit they deserved for making bad loans and passed the buck to the citizens of the countries they were based in.I do not think national banks big enough to do thinks like this really make contributions to the societies they prey on that counterbalance the damage that they routinely do.
