Hello fellow BPers I’m looking for some recommendations on any good GC”s based out of Cleveland Ohio or close to that area.

From everything I have read I see lots of benefits for both and this just maybe a question that a Attorney will be able to answer based on my specific needs.  

Additionally, the amounts they pay are based on the county, not on the city, and I invest in very desirable city that demands market rents well above what is typical for the county.

The way I thought about it was do I want to have the best return based on numbers or the best return based on lifestyle, and I ended up choosing the second.

I'm curious as to what the best strategies are for identifying potential properties, how to approach the homeowners (letter, door to door, a written offer, etc) and how to write a fair and solid price (I'm thinking full price offer based on comps minus 6% because of no commission but throwing in some cash or creditiing closing costs to the seller to sweeten the deal a little bit. 

Based on what you’ve described it’s not a good investment property bc every time something breaks or you have a vacancy you are out of pocket.

Based on references, pictures and feedback of others; where does the quality of their work stand?

The Greek are now stuck in generational debt slavery with no option for bankruptcy because European bankers in 2008 didn't want to take the hit they deserved for making bad loans and passed the buck to the citizens of the countries they were based in.I do not think national banks big enough to do thinks like this really make contributions to the societies they prey on that counterbalance the damage that they routinely do.

Don’t use online resources as a primary source of data to base your decision making on when investing in RE.
