Depending on the requirements of the property or the client usually some minor tweaking is needed, but overall I've been extremely impressed with them.

AndrewI have no experience in self storage (although I understand the ROI can be impressive). 

I made it down to Houston on my first research visit this weekend and while I think it will take a lot of research I was pretty impressed with the action I saw in many of the areas close to the city (lots of building, lots of rehab crews at work).   

None of what you said gives me the impression that it is a scam,...but that depends on your definition of scam.First, how much is very expensive when you refer to the training they offer?
