Hello BP Community,I am just starting out in the real estate world and I have been studying day / night  for the past 8-10 months reading the BP books, podcasts etc.

So I started pulling the old caulk away and noticed it had all this stuff behind the caulk.

So here is a little about me; I am a 27 years old and working a great job in Savannah, GA but I've always wanted to own and operate my own successful business.

If they are old and near retirement, talk about a steady income to supplement social security/pension plan/401k.

I had my agent ask for the comps used to determine the price and the buyers agent sent over 4 year old comps.

You're probably already aware, but please avoid the expensive workshops out there that promise the world if you just give them thousands. 

Here these old foundation are around 3feet wide of rocks and other materials I don't know the name of in english :P .

@Brian Porter @Ryan RichesA bit of an old thread here, but I thought I'd circle back after the Arvada city council passed a new Airbnb law earlier this month that allows short-term rentals in both primary residences and investment properties.

His old tenants absolutely loved him for all the wrong reasons.

I find it odd that at 27 years old that neither of the tenants have ever lived outside of a family’s house.
