Good evening everyone,

I was informed about BP about two weeks ago and I've been browsing and listening to the podcasts ever since. So here is a little about me; I am a 27 years old and working a great job in Savannah, GA but I've always wanted to own and operate my own successful business. I've tried and failed a couple of times but was blessed to have a former boss who allowed me to learn construction and how to operate a successful business on his dime for a few years.

I am in love with  the idea of being able to take a rough project and make it in to a successful property. So I am interested in buying and holding properties with the possibility of doing a few flips once I have my feet underneath me. I was in the Marine Corps for 6 years so I am no stranger to hard work and dedication and would love the opportunity to learn from all those willing to give advice and constructive criticism. I am truly glad to be here and thank you all in advance.
