I want to share with you the early stages of my real estate journey and how it has changed my life.After graduating college with a finance degree, I went to every real estate seminar I could find; I read countless real estate books, and then got my real estate license to really understand how this industry works.

There has been an industry (commercially) trend with water based adhesives to dissolve over time used in flooring not the sprayfoam. 

Is it an area with growth because of industry, education, transportation?

A general rule of thumb in sales/marketing, regardless of the industry, is that people don't respond until the 6/7th time you approach them.

I have also recently purchased two books from the Biggerpockets website and have networked with two individuals(investor and relator) who have both vast amount of knowledge and experience in this industry.

Recent college graduate looking to get my feet wet in the world of real estate and will do whatever it takes to succeed in this industry.

One advantage is that you can often get away with the 'industrial' look for the upstairs apartments where there's exposed ductwork/pipes etc up above the space... 

There are trade associations specifically for office,multifamily,industrial,retail,office,warehouse,hotel,self storage,etc.

My long term goal in the industry of real estate is to become a developer.

So we're in a different facet of the Real Estate industry, investing in different things, but we do both offer opportunities to investors online.
