We would be potentially seeking opportunity to capitalize in long term rental properties. 

To me, if the premium you're seeking isn't worth the hassle of finding someone who will pay it, it's not worth charging.

My lack of familiarity did not lend itself to seek other opportunities during the auction event itself.

And they may never work.But what I do see is this - PPC is expensive as hell (Houston has real players here), and SEO just takes time and you may never rank high enough to make it truly worth it.

Should one try to get a Buyer's list first and see what they're qualifications are for good deals and seek those deals or find good deals and then market then to investors?
