I have few properties I would like to wholesale in the meantime, what is the most successful way to find a buyer.

I get it; we want to model those who are successful, but what about the mediocre deal that get's your foot in the door? 

Does anyone know of a hard money lender that would float money to purchase an online auction property?

I looked up online and couldn't find anything concrete.Also because this is my first rental in Howard County, can I request if there's anything else I need to be aware of that others learnt the hard way?

Almost every larger city has an online gis map that provides the info. 

When learning about your areas, consider your "back yard" as a good place to start and then possibly move out from there when you gain a little experience or your success depends on it.Certain things will effect that like growth and the economy that is diverse.
