I haven't seen the actual offering paperworkIf you go over $25,000 though they will hold an interest in all your business owned assets, now and those that are acquired any time until the loan is paid off.

In my personal opinion, any time the government starts throwing out large amounts of money, it has a negative long-term impact on the country.
