Hey Logan,The largest inventory and more affordable prices in for smaller apartment buildings will be in Western MA where it was previously manufacturing cities with large housing complexes.

Timing and frequency also are key contributors to dealer status.You may have to look at some court cases where the IRS deemed the taxpayer to be a dealer in a situation as close to yours.

The only bright side in all this is that alot of economies are opening up my guess would be that courts would too.
