Now, I've retained the same counsel that helped me with the mortgage, but their news was not so good.

So a couple of news articles have come up in my feed how housing construction has taken a dive in the last month or so.  

But if I am thinking correctly, I can get a zero interest loan, pay myself back and still get tax advantages.When you borrow from your 401k you have to pay interest on the loan, but the good news is that you are paying back to yourself. 

I've handled well over a couple hundred premises liability incidents as an adjuster, to include high profile premises liability incidents right across the street from Rahm Emanuel's office in Chicago (that are still searchable events as "news") and I'm telling you I can't give you advice from my laptop on your individual case here.  

Next idea is to read the news, and when an event that would cause a property to be stigmatized occurs, go pursue the property.

I find it so ridiculous to watch someone stressing over which flooring to choose while there are real troubles in the world today (I read too much of the news I suppose).
