In addition to what Jeff said above, make sure you consider the impact of moving water supply/drain lines -- depending on where they are coming from (likely below), you'll need to get access to that location to move things around.

(1) A tenant shall not unreasonably withhold consent to the landlord to enter into the dwelling unit in order to inspect the premises, make necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations, or improvements, supply necessary or agreed services, or exhibit the dwelling unit to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenants, workmen, or contractors. (2) A landlord may enter the dwelling unit without consent of the tenant in case of emergency. (3) A landlord shall not abuse the right of access or use it to harass the tenant.

I also love how close it is to all of the universities in downtown Newark which will give students (primarily graduate students which also makes me feel better as there will probably be less weekday beer pong tournaments) easy access to the city on weekends and class on weekdays!

Now I'm trying to fill out the required refund form however, I need an Authorization No. and a Uninstall Code before I can send it in so my refund can be processed.It seems like I've hit a road block trying to obtain these numbers.
