If I read that correctly, you're getting what amounts to less than $100/month per door. 

It matters not what the tax office shows, it only matters what the survey shows, assuming of course the survey is correct and they are wrong more often than folks believe. 

I normally get a list of everything I need for a house, put it on a Home Depot order, and I work with the store manager (not the bid room) and they normally give me 25-30% off.
