My goal for now is to create good cash flow as well as buy and hold. 

Now, I expect to continually grow my income over time, even in retirement, and will be taxed higher than I am today, which ironically, creates a desire to leave my W2 so I can access the 401k balance sooner rather than later.  

These activists use those ridiculous cases to flip the script and create what I'll call "blanket legislation".

So I decided to create an account and try my hardest to become an active member of the community.

A few questions for you to consider:Is your goal to create cash flow, equity growth, or both?

Or create an LLC and move the property to the LLC?

I have used the prints and drawings I created on these sites to pull permits in my area. 

Now I have to consult my attorney about creating the S Corp, have my LLC deed the properties to the S Corp, and make sure I am not required to pay off the loans the LLC has when I deed the properties to the S Corp.

Listing realtor has stated one unit is under contract, one is occupied, and the future owner of the 3rd will need to create an HOA.
