Joel: After seeing what you wrote I agree, (some people might not agree with me on this) only with my past company I owned I hired a PA (personal assistant) out of Philippines do to all kinds of office work. 

I was thinking more on the same line as @Paul Ronto, and hire a "personal assistant".
