"Government backed loans" are shorted every day for no where near the full balance, and have some of the better short sale procedures.

The account was frozen in mid December of last year because i was talking to a banker and told her there was a small charge that i was unsure where it come from and she then told the Fraud department and they shut down all 6 of my accounts with WF .

I also inherited one tenant and I raised the rents right away and he told me that he couldn't pay because his wife this and that and he didn't have a job because this and that, in the end I found out he was getting financial aid through stamps and the government.

My father worked for the federal government for 40-plus years and, thank God, he has a decent pension, but it’s basically exactly what he needs for living expenses and the modest things he likes to spend money on, like buying books, traveling to visit his grandchildren and buying them presents.
