This place rocks!

We would like to expand eventually buying several more but we're stuck between a rock and a hard place because after purchasing the 2 properties and having a mortgage on our primary residence as well, our debt to income is too high for our bank to issue additional financing for more properties.

All of the amenities, etc. for owners (waterpark, pools, parks, bike trails, tubing hill, rock climbing walls), plus The Village at Sunriver (restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, ice cream/candy, quaint shops , kids entertainment areas, and recreation rentals, are all geared towards STR guests. 

Rock solid job, good benefits, blah, blah.I currently own 3 rentals.Rental one:  A few miles from my house, bought in 2011 for $110k, put 20% down, rents out for $995 a month, netting $250 a month.
