I'm making a shift from remodeling contractor specializing in kitchens and bathrooms to home renovations.

I also am looking for any recommendations for repair men / general contractors in the near future to help me renovate a kitchen in the Takoma Park, MD tri-plex.  

Demo scope is ceramic floors throughout, kitchen cabinets, full bathrooms, etc.

I just got a buy and hold property with 3 bed and 1 bath, 1200 sf that only need cosmetic rehab (paint, new hardware and fixture, refinish wood floor, remove a wall (may be a load bearing wall) to connect living room to kitchen).

The listing is a 3/2, granite counters, wood floors, tile kitchen and bathrooms.

I put in a new kitchen and paint with new carpet.

Making the kitchen and baths fresh, clean and updated is mandatory in my book.

Also kitchen looks great.

This upgrading is in addition to putting in kitchens and bathrooms,

Full home renovation - new flooring, paint, kitchen and bath renovations, exterior paint.
