What is the proper order of rehab on flip?
Closing on our first flip tomorrow. Excited and nervous. Talked about it for years and it’s finally here. I’m curious to know what do you think is the proper order to do rehab projects? Exterior to interior? Interior to exterior? Also what items are a must redo when flipping a home that you have had the best return on? TIA!!!!
