If any tenants are national chains, regional, franchised, mom & pop and/or the nature of the businesses within the property.

Busiest I have been in 15 years.I think some investors are WISHING it was 2009 again for purchases but it is not.The Trump tax plan pushed the national economy passed it's natural full 10 year average cycle.

The contracting trades are very inefficient by nature and only really can make money by charging you higher prices on small jobs like these.

Since I would be selling to a rehabber I naturally assumed they would be doing low end renovations based on the fact it’s in a C level neighborhood

I then set up appointments myself just due to the nature of my changing schedule.

@Joe SplitrockI'm not talking about people overpaying for a property in a particular market, more so markets that just by their nature do not cash flow.

It also was an easy place to rent out - fairly new, near military bases, lots of natural light and neutral colors.
