People are heading more and more to cities that are more and more progressive.

It's a larger undertaking than people realize but hopefully in another year we will have made as much progress as we did this last year!

@Mike Dymski the point of the forum is to learn, open our minds and explore more options as I believe real estate has many avenues and an investor goes through different stages as they progress.

Not sure how detailed people get on these but I am lucky to have been able to positioned myself to have a lot of free time during the week to pursue skateboarding and continue to progress.

The property has been rented out for about 5 years and we have been made significant progress on principle.   

Using other peoples money to scale further is a natural progression and it’s a win for you in that you can scale into bigger assets, and a win for them in that you are likely providing them with better returns than they can get elsewhere.There are a lot of great books on syndicating and raising capital.

The original contractor relied heavily on one foreman that injured his back on the property just prior to mine, so the GC had to scurry to find workers which delayed the progress.

They also need to be able to fund a majority of the project as they will be paid from the bank in installments after the bank inspects progress, typically in three phases.
