You're screwing the seller, imputed taxes on no interest financing, if you fail to inform the seller in your presentation and sales pitch, he could have an actionable cause against you for your claims and dealings.I've always used the KISS method so as not to confuse a seller, my first offer is my best deal for me, then if turned down, I counter with other offers, you can end up better off than tipping your hand as to how far you're willing to go or as to another option.

You should have a Tips Hotline.Maybe if citizens were more involved in tipping off officials about odd conduct, threats made and explosive behavior we'd probably have less shootings and crazies carrying out crimes.

I think when you have the FED printing like Weimar making us the next banana republic, then its hard to pinpoint when the tip-over will happen, but common sense dictates that you can't print and hide the 300+ trillion in derivatives debt.
