I have been reading about Self directed IRA accounts and am looking for clarification on the following:I know you can not use SDIRA for your primary residence, or for a 2nd house but what about a property that you are looking to buy to AIR BNB it 95% of the time, and stay in it a few weekends a year?

I don’t have experience, I’m brand new on the area and excited to learn.I currently work full time so I’m considering to do this after my working time and weekends.
