Hello my name is Shaquille Thomas, I was born and raised in Coatesville PA. I am a newbie to Biggerpockets. I am blessed to have a good support system of family and friends surrounding me. My plan is to provide a better foundation for them and leave behind my legacy.

I recently got my real estate licenses in September. I am very interested in learning the investment side of real estate. I am looking for investor friendly people in the Chester County/ Philadelphia area to partake in some great deals, and help me so I can become an expert investor.

I am in the process of buying my first investment property this summer. I recently finished reading a book called “Estimate Rehab Cost” by J.scott which was knowledgeable. I also enjoy listening to the biggerpockets podcast while I drive. I am very eager in networking and learning more about real estate.
