Hi,I've attended one of the Real Estate Wealth Expos and am wondering if anyone's taken the class with Brian Allen on real estate investing.

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience in investing, whether flipping or buy and hold, just outside St.

Anyone who knows me knows I am not one to borrow money but even so I have never heard of any legitimate source of loans to process and settle a loan with money in your personal or business bank account in only 3 days unless you are dealing with a private party but I would wonder just who are these people that feel they know you well enough to be sure you will pay then back ?

I was wondering if there are any real estate lawyers/title or abstract companies that could help draft up new leases/rules and regulations for the tenants we will be acquiring?

For my husband and I to retire early (Ok--- mostly my husband since I am a SAHM) and just make REI our/my full time job.

What worked for you, personally, not exaggerating and saying you started flat broke, but you were working a $100k job, like really start with nothing but persistence and a goal.

Does he have another job or business or does he want to work full time in this new business his family is investing in ?
