My experience with inspectors in ocean/Monmouth County is that they are reasonable people.

You'll also find people more than willing to help you and answer your "burning" questions.

Just continue what you're already doing: put yourself out there, and meet as MANY people as you can involved in this industry.

I want to be apart of the change in these areas where gentrification is pushing out the people that have lived in communities for years but can now no longer afford it.
