RE: Working with a Great Attorney

Many people have been recently asking me for attorney referrals. I wanted to hear from other real estate agents, do you give people referrals of attorneys that you have used in the past? A few referrals I have given some of the clients did not have the best experience with the attorney. I am considering not giving any referrals any more. What would you do in this scenario? What are some of the most important things you look for when you are looking for an attorney for a closing or to help with an eviction process?
