Hi James,That would leave a lot of houses in some parts of Chicago vacant.But if it's in a small-ish town, for a few years is might (or it might not) mean a reduction in rent below market levels.If that unknown risk factor is bothering you, it might be better to just find another house and sleep well at night.Good Luck with your decision!

Stock brokers call it churn, so do mortgage brokers.This only works in a continual upside market, not to mention you are pushing the limits with the bank while charging a boatload of points, fees and charges not to mention resetting the loan each time.Explain how this is really beneficial to the homeowner, besides paying off the loan somehow by increasing it.Do you remember this line - tell me where it is from "James says I can always refinance" https://youtu.be/MesrrYyuoa4?

Hi James,They make LED flashlights that are very bright.Search the internet for "brightest led flashlights" and you'll see a lot of price points.Then search online for videos of the models you are interested in and see how they perform in the dark.Some are like daylight.Good Luck!
