I've scheduled & automated blog posts to be uploaded to my carrot websites, and I'm using Smarterqueue to automate posting those blog posts & other content using RSS feeds to various social media platforms. 

Obviously social media is wayyy more watered down and often too political or debate oriented in nature, whereas BP has a certain purity of content available here. 

If you want free I would turn to Social media. particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, learn how to set up your profile to attract people then learn where to go looking for your ideal customer.  

@Dave TovI agree with @John Underwood about using social media as a means to find a cleaner.

So far we have made many connections via social media but most have been on the coasts. 

Friends and family (best source for business early on), Cold calls, social events, door knocking, hosting open houses for other agents, social media (multiple platforms... whatever works for you), networking events, etc.Books I'd highly recommend:- Anything David Greene has written here- Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller- The hyper local hyper fast RE agentMany more but thats where I'd start if I were in your shoes!

Based off phone conversations, social media, and judge of character, I believe I will have no problem. 

A drug house will have to be taken down to the studs and it will cost you 60k to get it ready for the next tenant.BTW if you had stuck to your screening process you could have uncovered their flaws, background check, credit check, social media, prior LL, and employment verification.

I wouldn’t pay unless you are looking for a good rating on social media .
