Is anyone familiar with the meet up at Eastern Hills Mall "Buffalo Real Estate Investment Monthly Meeting" at FlipOut Academy?

Would the rooms be fairly easy to rent out considering it's within walking distance to Cal State Dominguez Hills college, and if so what can each room be rented out for assuming utilities were to be included?

I know you make the money on the purchase, but for a buy and hold, it's the long game and an extra 1% in the purchase price isn't going to make a hill of beans worth of difference in 20 years. 

I also really like the potential of rentals in Santa Cruz county for the high rents and incredibly low vacancy rates, or in Morgan Hill /Gilroy since San Jose is getting so expensive and tech companies are moving south, so more people are moving south as well.

We have one at a dude ranch in the hill country in Texas with horseback riding and s’mores by the fire pit every night too.

You can find some great rental properties down in Ruskin Hills, Ruskin Heights, and the Fairlane neighborhoods of South KC / Grandview.
