You can also have them research the local foreclosure attorneys websites; many of them have their own listings.  

Anything not listed, either MLS, Loopnet, or broker website is off market.

As I have gotten into high school and really started to be aware of the world around me I can’t help but notice how broke most adults around me are and it’s sad that they focus all there time on working for someone else just to make enough to get by and they hardly even live there lives.

I wish more people would start out when they are younger adults.

It's these same racist attitudes that can keep us, (AAs), from getting loans to become homeowners, where our kids can get access to better schools, in turn affecting their higher education, & last, their standard of living as adults.
