Im looking into other markets since I am going to eventially need to start buying several houses per year if I'm going to meet my goal of six figure passive income by 2027.What do you do when you are out of money to invest or have no other deals to pursue?

I have already started getting the assignment of rents from the current owner and will be meeting with each tenant to get estoppel agreements signed indemnifying me of any security deposit claims. 

I would request and read the minutes of the board meeting where the decision was made to get insight.

I've spoken with contractors and will meet with architect next month to get digital plans. were thinking of selling the project while I manage it boots on the ground. we will let you all know how it goes!!! 

There are more meeting about doing the work than there is time spent doing the work"  I laughed and said "welcome to the next 30 years of your life"He, like many others, went to school to learn a specialty but did not know/think about how that education translates into what you do for a living and how you are going to spend the rest of your life.
