Thing you must remember is your a Landlord now, in the eyes of tenants your the rich landlord now, if you invite problems they will absolutely happen.

If Cali decides that a "kill/soak the rich" tax plan is the way to go, I can only say that if you throw rocks, people run away.Again, Cali is a great place, but like Seattle and Portland are discovering, you drive out the rich, they'll prob be replaced by the poor.
