If they just paid the normal amount, it would not be enough to cover the rent and I have grounds to evict for non-payment of rent. 

Have the seller provide bank statements showing monthly deposits matching the amount he said each tenant has been paying.

Reverse exchanges - For those in special need and with the right amount of profit a reverse exchange takes all the pressure off finding your replacement property.I think you and I probably agree that the timelines can cause issues.

When you guys file your annual taxes this amount will be credited to what you owe, or refunded if it is more than you owe.

The indicators given were a historically high amount of equity in primary residences, employers using bonuses to reward employees vs. salary increases, and college students choosing STEM degrees vs. liberal arts degrees.
