Greetings BP community,I recently went to a BP meetup and got talking about asset protection and entity structure.Now apart from consulting with a lawyer or CPA, does anyone have any recommended books or web sources that would help me understand how LLC's and Trust work and what you need to do to operate them correctly?

My understanding is that Keller Williams is more traditional but really specializes in training and helping you in person. eXp is has tons of awesome training too but you use a web platform to access it which is great if you are more computer savvy and will to learn online.

I am not allowed to rent one of my units on the STR market so I rely totally on renting it by the semester and over the summer via SabbaticalHomes and the university off-campus web sites.
