Report the lack of electric to social services Tape the notice to the door , take a picture with that days newspaper showing the headline , that helps verify the date .Also send certified mail

I just simply suggest to help in any way you can and put a realistic price on your service     

I have 3 other rentals in Fl with lots of equity but not enough to pay full price for this tiny home.

Purchase price: $210,000 Cash invested: $190,000 Sale price: $490,000 Full gut, new roof, repaved driveway, etc.

In July I completed a lot of updates to the house (new well, new 200 amp electrical service and panel, new windows, replaced forced air ductwork, added a bathroom. 

If it's something pressing (e.g. no heat) I will go over after work and do the service call.
