I am piggy backing on this post as you offered help with it, so if i could ask a question that is similar.. i have an apartment complex here in Baltimore.. i have a couple who rented a 2 bedroom apartment.. they took in one of their grandchildren .. the wife has since died and the daughter, along with her other 3 children and 4 grandchildren have moved in ( I know this because we went into the apartment to fix a heater and there were blow up mattresses covering every inch of the floor)We have   caught  them stealing packages from other tenants ( left by the post office)..

KatelynI personally have grown to love condos for Vacation rentals but its in a very narrow context. 

We've done this with each of our children as they've been ready.

We typically only do sewer line inspections if there are big trees in the front yard that might have grown into the sewer line.

To a family with 4-5 children who really NEED at least a 4 bedroom a 4 bedroom is HIGHLY desirable!
