It is basic, but make sure you have a detailed personal financial statement filled out.When i brought my PFS to my portfolio lender's first meeting, they were impressed i was prepared with it.

Here in Wisconsin.. my "friend's" I went to High School with are working their tail's off to buy big trucks and to jack them up to impress other people.. if you're really trying to impress someone, isn't a 10 home real estate portfolio (that will also secure your retirement) more impressive
