I can definitely introduce you to a few  reputable whole salers, but everytime I connect a hopeful wholesaler they just tell them to go read books and  joing certain groups.

I am a few weeks into researching real estate investing and wanted to introduce myself!

The builder (Lennar) helped with the plumbing and claimed that there were no construction debris issues and it was the residence' fault which is not under warranty.

Tomorrow's my birthday so I thought what better way to celebrate than to introduce myself to other like-minded folks wanting to conquer mountains in Real Estate.

Originally I planned on purchasing a fixer up home putting down 20% and financing the home and renovations, living in it for a a year then selling, then the BRRRR strategy was introduced to me and I said to myself “why would I ever sell the property if I can continue to generate income and make profit off of the property” so I decided instead of selling after a year I would rent and refinance.

I am still in the education phase, but I wanted to introduce myself and get more involved in the BiggerPockets community. 

I just wanted to pop in here,  introduce myself, get advice and connect with other like minded individuals!

I got most of the sheet rock and fixtures torn out and disposed of and a local investor was driving by seeing me hauling the debris out to my trailer and struck up a conversation.
