Sometimes it's just policy, and a numbers game, and sometimes they know more than you do.

Also at this point in the game I don't have the cash for any down payments so I'm interested in learning about how you go about finding investment opportunities with zero money down.Finally I'm taking my exam next Tuesday to become a NYS licensed real estate professional. 

What a come back in game 1.

My game plan is to have durable material and appliances that is satisying for the average tenant.  

There are more people in the residential game than commercial so there are more potential buyers on the residential side.

I'm still new to the game and figuring these little things out! 

And ALL of their game plays are 'rigged' and 'controlled.'

Elizabeth Colegrove   Like many that are life long RE folks you either decide to be in the rental game or you are in the value add game without all the PM head aches.

What is your opinion are these large swaths of boarded up homes we see in the mid west upper rust belt ruining these cities or are they an investors dream opportunity to get into the RE game for ridiculously low price points Vis a Vi the historical norm..Say a 1k house in Detroit that sold 10 years ago for over 100k..
