Anyone that is offering less than the standard is doing so for a reason. 

So if you entire payment is hypothetically 2k a month, and you can get a tenant to pay 1500 a month your payment is now 500 dollars a month. 

3) So, you want to hire a PMC to manage a property for you, they place a tenant and then you fire them with no repercussions?

I hear that a lot when the rates rose so quick.

It's a weird situation but the person I am offering the seller financing was renting it out to someone else who thought they owned the house so she did not have insurance or paid the taxes.
