One of my questions is, as I haven't built a team yet, is it advisable to use team members of other investors in the city?

Recently, I was able to get a conventional loan for a customer and navigate the way around a home built in 1940s with unsafe wiring, cloth, and aluminum single strand wiring, and 17 ungrounded outlets. 

These areas are not in the City limits but the City that plans on expanding to that area does have a certain amount of control over what is allowed to be built as most have a future zoning map in place. 

We contracted to have a new home built in the Austin, TX area and it is nearing completion. 

They are not built the same and difficult to find.

The sellers are acting in good faith here, there plan was to nt have lots larger than 1000 sqft built bc it would take away the natural light they get on their large home next-door , they agreed to try 1200 but that was not conforming to code.  

The article reports that Austin City Council approved an amendment for the PUD to allow up to 6,300 to be built in the community.  

Small multifamily, provide local housing, numbers looked good which is hard to find in this area with long term tenants, rapidly appreciating area in the mountains of Colorado close to Breckenridge.
