My second question— Is there anyone on here from the Fort Campbell area, and for those from other areas what are some ideas or strategies you’ve used to be successful in buying and renting property around bases?

Anyone have any thoughts/ideas?

This will give you a preliminary idea of the land usage of surrounding houses as well.

@Courtney Bass thank you, I am trying to get a better idea for both markets and where the numbers would make the most sense for me thats why I am looking in such a large area.

I've requested both THIS option as well as a daily late fee - its not coded into their system yet and I keep hearing "what a great idea".

There are a lot of folks that know a little bit about a lot of things and if you listen to these folks, you can formulate some strategies and ideas from them.Grow - Lately I've been listening to the Jocko Podcast. 

@Adam Webb, owner-occupier buyers (who can get favorable low deposit, low interest loans) obviously prefer the idea of getting 3x incomes to help with their mortgage, instead of just 1x.

I hate the idea of paying someone else' mortgage.
