I do like to do my own work as I have the tools and skills but I don't feel bad hiring it out more and more as I can afford it either and I have other things to do.

Does anyone have experience buying small retail buildings perhaps 3 to 5 units that redeveloped into medical units?

I'm not an attorney so not sure if this guy can win with pre-existing medical problems.

I admire your ambition Patrick and it looks like you have a developed and growing skill set to be in the buy and hold landlord business...

I like wholesaling because it's a fun challenge and it's all about networking which is a skill I have. 

That is an ideal background for the property side, and if you handle customers all day, you may have many of the people skills down, too.

Both are very skilled at teaching these techniques.  

Learn to handle objections, and grow your people skills.

I mean, think about it....If you have spent all that time and energy to lock a deal up that you need a buyer for, I think you have the knowledge and skill set to get the buyers on your own.

You may not be an expert in real estate but maybe you know something about finance, or numbers, or marketing, or have great people skills.
