Though i love my job for the interpersonal and negotiating skills it has taught me, I have a goal to make December 2016 my last season. 

In addition to my direct experience in RE sales, I have a strong analytical/financial mindset build upon by years of trading in the financial markets (still active), I have a growing web/technical skill set ("nathanielrand.me" or "43sanibel.estate" to provide examples), and a strong blend of creative problem solving established through years of hard knocks.

I have a lot of skills I can use to help out with established investors and soak in the experience they've built over the years.

As I use my property management skills, I see myself as a Property Manager. 

Shane stayed with it like a bulldog, and kept working his account management skills to bring it back to life. 

Sometimes the medical provider will try to screw you if you are paying cash and uninsured for some reason.  

If assessed value is a matter of public record that you can access then use your own data base to indicate to you when a property comes on the market, you might need computer programing skills or be able to have someone design such a program for you.
