Hello, I'm interested in a property for my Primary that will need work and I've started the process for a 203 loan. 

I would say to ensure payment do a thorough screening process.

If they are receiving money in less then full it will need to go through the short sale process too.

But during the loan process the bank wants a letter of what I’m using the money for.

The closing process took 3 months due to code violation liens not only on this property but others owned by the LLC.

I started the process at my bank due to my familiarity with the mortgage guy and the ease of him already having most of my info.
