I love dealing with numbers and hope I could support my starving artist :) (hopefully his passion turns to profit) We are selling our house in Gaffney, and will be using the money to buy next house that hopefully could jump start us into RE investing.

I have read books, watched videos, attended webinars and so forth.

We're almost finished reading the Beginner's Guide to Real Estate, and we are researching and watching as many videos as we can before we actually go and obtain our license so we'll already have prior knowledge to the Real Estate Investing.
