I've been interested in REI ever since my father flipped a house or two in his spare time. Now I have formed my own company and am looking to do much more than a house or two. Like many of you on here it is my goal for REI to be my full time job and take place of my insurance agent career. I'm especially interested in fix and flips currently, but as my reserves get larger I plan to move into rentals as well. I love the beach and have always dreamed of owning vacation rentals. That too, is in the long term goals. I haven't closed on any deals yet, although I had one under contract. I have only been a company since the middle of March. From BP, I hope to get some important contacts, lots of education, and support.
