One thing to be careful with when attempting to get financing in addition to what the hard money lender provides is that the hard money lender doesn't have any stipulations that would prevent you from being able to do this.

The last few years we have learned who the players are and know the town intimately.

It is a form you can only get from the court - they emboss it with a seal to prevent people from photocopying.2021-02-01    filled out eviction form and submitted to Sheriff's Office to serve on tenant (Summary Process: $43.70 debit/credit - partly based on distance to location).2021-02-04    Eviction form served on tenant by sheriff's deputy and return added (large sticker with deputy's sworn affidavit of service) to back of eviction form.2021-02-04    filed eviction form/case with sheriff's return affidavit of service at Housing court ($135 check). 

Also prevents rental scammers from using your full frontal pic and address when there is none.

They mainly do this to catch problems for preventative maintenance before something becomes a major issue.

Is there anything preventing someone from doing all of these skills at 1 time or another just to make sure business never slows due to market ups & downs?
