It's going to suck for a while, I'm guessing unfortunately into next year - the social isolation aspect of this is what will SUCK the most - my personal beliefs on this whole covid situation aside.If you have money start ordering or getting in line to order PPE - it's hard to get and will be for a while I think.

Don't promote properties without having them under contract.You are not representing the seller or buyer as a broker or an agent; you are just acting as a principal and assigning your rights to buy the property to an end buyer.Get the property under contract for what your buyer is willing to pay, minus your fee, and then assign the contract to your buyer.DO NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THE BUYER WITHOUT HAVING AN EXECUTED PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH THE SELLER.Feel free to reach out with any questions!
