It is my belief that the loan amount cap of $1,396,800 is too low to work at 95% LTV for most triplex and quad in Orange County (or San Diego).

It's going to suck for a while, I'm guessing unfortunately into next year - the social isolation aspect of this is what will SUCK the most - my personal beliefs on this whole covid situation aside.If you have money start ordering or getting in line to order PPE - it's hard to get and will be for a while I think.

Hey, I understand the need for this rule and I am not trying to argue it's purpose but I have had a few posts removed for self promotion where the post topic was specifically asking for a service we can help with or provide.

Each condo has different rules and regs, that can either promote or deter your investment.

I come Dave Ramsey beliefs somewhat but I now better understand the leverage with refinancing. 

I own a few turnkeys in the greater Little Rock area being that I purchased from a group promoted by some on these forums.
