I hope and rather suspect this disruption in the mortgage market will be addressed with a bailout of some sort and work itself out in the next couple of weeks.

Just to clarify they are “short term rentals” but not Airbnb or any site that has reviews or that sort of thing.

So, we sort of compartmentalized the home by adding a curtain dividing the front and back. 

We eventually sorted it out but that forgetfulness was the basis of the chargeback.

This sort of financing might also disappear. 

I can buy a good deal once a week in my market but until I collection of private money investors, I have to be a lot more selective.

I primarily assist investors purchasing vacation homes here in the Orlando area, but I also handle the short term rental listings for a select number of vacation homes on HomeAway/VRBO and Airbnb primarily. 

@Timothy Walker  I would get her debt sorted out and invest in a rental property.
