Be sure to look at items besides radios too - TNCs (radio modems), power supplies, antennas, rotators, towers, boxes of tubes - especially those the size of a tennis ball or larger - those can be expensive high-power tubes, which we still use in linear (power) amplifiers.

You would probably be best off seeking alternative means of funds such as credit lines as the loan size is probably too small for a lender.

If I see a “double” size window I count $600.

. $150k is high for that size of house I'm guessing, but it depends on the scope.

Renting a room will probably be around 600 - 1100.. depending on size, bathroom, location, privacy, etc
